How to Wake up Early in the Morning


Good Morning!

This is the word which we use when we start our morning. To make our day better we start with positive words.

Most of the time it happens that our first thought of the day will decide how we are going to spend rest of the day. If you are waking up to negative thoughts or a bad dream, the rest of the day will be dull and you are not feeling good. Each passing second is draining you and you are surrounded by negativity.

To become successful person or leader we need to make each morning better which can keep you motivated to work for entire day with energy and positivity. This is essential that you plan your morning in the most appropriate way. There are multiple ways given to us by the social and traditional way, which includes meditation in the morning to keep your mind focus, doing prayers to get peace and positivity, or sitting and spending time with nature and many more. Our ancestors were aware of the importance of the morning and how it will effect of person. Due to this, they had clearly defined the way to start your day. But at present with a busy schedule, one will not be able to spend 2-3 hours in morning for doing prayers or meditation. But there is one simpler way which was suggested to us by the most successful person on the earth and the makers of leaders Chanakya in Arthashastra, “One should awaken to the sound of musical instruments.” This means you should use music as a way to start your day and this will always help you to make your day productive which can lead you to success. At the same time, you should use some simple tips which will help you to make morning the best each time:

Take proper sleep

Just waking up with good music will not make everything good, it is equally important that you take a quality sleep. For an average human, it is required that you take at least 6-8 hours of sleep. If you are going to the bed early and gets uninterrupted sleep, then waking up becomes an easy task for you. Getting up early in the morning with proper sleep will help you to feel energetic and positive for rest of the day.

Alarm to self-alarm

Most of the time it happens that we just use snooze button of our alarm and avoid to wake up at right time by thinking there is more 5 min to sleep and give our mind confidence that after 5 min you will be up. But this is always harmful to yourself. Delaying from morning will make your day negative and your entire schedule will be disturbed.
People are aware of external alarms like mobile, clock, TV, Music players and missing on really powerful alarm which is internal alarm. With proper discipline, you will be able to guide your mind with the right instruction. This will help you to wake up to your desired time. This will require a bit of practice and control over your mind. To get control of this and use internal alary, start instructing your mind until you get command on this. On daily bases decide the time on which you want to wake up in the morning, before going to bed, start instructing your mind that you need to wake up at 5 AM in the morning. Do this on regular bases and within a week or two, you will be able to see the miracle. You will be waking up at your desired time without any external alarm support with a great level of positive energy.

Alarm Tone

When you are using the external alarm for a morning, it is crucial to use proper tone. At present most of us are using our mobile phones to set alarm. You need to be careful while choosing the alarm tone which is going to wake you up. Loud tones will surely wake up you but at the same time it will disturb your mind in the morning and spoil the day as you woke up with hard music. Always try to select peaceful music or melodies which will inspire you and make your day. For example, you can use, the sound of birds, devotional music.
Loud ringtones will not just disturb your day but will be also disturbing others who are there in the room.

Be in Rhythm

Waking up with good mood is not enough to make the entire day good. To make the best day, be in the same rhythm from morning till night. Try to be the source of inspiration for others. Greet people with positivity, try to make people feel good. This will help you to surround yourself with energy and enjoy the day.
A new day has been made for you! You can accomplish what you did not yesterday, and you have opportunities to create better tomorrows.
